Update a segment
Metadata edits (name, description) change no version. Replacing expression creates a NEW immutable version atomically and advances currentVersion; it requires expectedVersion (the version you last read) — a stale value returns 409 with the segment’s currentVersion so you can re-read, re-check, and retry deliberately. Campaigns already pinning older versions are never changed. Archived segments accept metadata edits but refuse revision.
